In an effort reduce the spread of hospital-acquired infections, Cone Health asked Redding Communications to develop a strategic marketing campaign to promote better hand hygiene. One tactic of the strategic campaign was to produce a video that would be played in patient rooms.

Result: As a result of the video and internal marketing campaign, hospital-acquired infections in Cone Health were measurably reduced. The campaign won many awards, including recognition by the Carolina Healthcare Marketing Society for its proven return on investment (ROI).
